Discovery Phase
We begin with a complimentary clarity call to determine if we're a good match for working together. This is followed by an in-depth intake session where we'll explore your current situation, challenges, aspirations, and establish clear objectives for our work.
Planning Phase
Based on our discovery work, I'll create a customized roadmap tailored to your specific needs. This plan includes practical techniques, mindset shifts, and actionable steps designed to help you progress toward your goals.
Implementation Phase
Through regular coaching sessions, we'll implement your personalized plan, address challenges as they arise, and celebrate successes along the way. You'll develop new skills and perspectives that support lasting change.
Integration Phase

Coaching focuses on present challenges and future goals, whereas therapy often deals with past traumas and mental health conditions. As a coach, I partner with you to identify goals, develop strategies, and create action plans for moving forward. While coaching can be deeply transformative, it's not a substitute for therapy if you're dealing with clinical mental health issues.
The duration varies based on your goals and circumstances. Some clients achieve their objectives in just a few months, while others benefit from longer engagements. My 6-week Transformation Package provides a solid foundation for meaningful change, with many clients continuing beyond that for ongoing support and development.
For optimal results, I recommend weekly sessions, especially in the beginning of our work together. This frequency provides the right balance of time to implement new strategies while maintaining momentum. As you progress, we may adjust to bi-weekly sessions.
All sessions are conducted virtually via video conference, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or office or in person. This format provides flexibility and convenience while maintaining the personal connection essential for effective coaching.
I understand that life happens. I request 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability. Package sessions must be used within their designated timeframe (e.g., 6 weeks for the Transformation Package).
Absolutely. Our coaching relationship is built on trust and confidentiality. All information shared during our sessions remains private. The only exceptions would be if there was a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
